Status messages:

Your order has been received. Thank you!  
     We have received your order and printed the packing slip.

We are pulling your ready-to-ship item(s) from inventory.  

In Production - We are cutting your custom item(s). 
     Your order is in the fabric shop.  We are in the process of pulling fabric and cutting it to the specifications of your order.

In Production - We are sewing your custom item(s).
     Your order is in the sewing shop.  It has already been cut.

Your order is being prepared for shipping. 
     Your in-stock item(s) have been pulled and/or your made-to-order item(s) have been completed.  Your order is in the mail room to be packaged for shipping and shipping label created.

Your order has been shipped. 
     A shipping label has been printed for your order.  Your order has been or will soon be tendered to the carrier.  Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to be updated.

Oops! Your item(s) may be out of stock. We'll look again. 
     We can't find an item you ordered.  We'll look again before notifying you.  If we still can't find your item, we will email you for direction and update your status to Out of Stock.  If you did not receive an email from us, please check your spam or junk folders, then email us back regarding the status of your order.  If we have not heard back from you within 7 days, that item will be cancelled from your order.

Out of Stock. Your item is no longer available.
