Order Cancellations and order changes
Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return it for a refund of your purchase price.
Returns/Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Items may be returned within 14 days for a refund of your purchase price. Shipping charges are not refunded. Please open and inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
Returns sent COD or collect will not be accepted.
If your dog has urinated on the product, it's yours to keep. No exceptions.
Laundered items will not be accepted for returns.
If in doubt whether we will accept your return, please email us with your problem before you return your item(s).
Sewing Guarantee
Decotogs is committed to providing you top quality dog apparel. Every item I sell is handmade, with the help of industrial sewing machines, in the USA. I inspect each item during each stage of production, from ensuring there are no flaws in the fabric or printing, to bad cuts or missed seams. That being said, I'm human and sometimes make mistakes. If there is any question, concern or problem, please tell me. II want to know what I messed up so I can fix it. Please contact me immediately if there is an issue with anything you have purchased from me.
If my sewing fails within 3 months, I will replace your item for free.
If my sewing fails within 1 year, we will repair/fix or replace your item at my discretion for free. Please provide as much information as possible to enable me to locate your order in the system.
Please note that my guarantee does not cover abuse or intentional damage. This includes if your dog damages the product. I will inspect all returns for intentional damage, neglect, etc.
Timeliness Guarantee
Orders not shipped within 30 calendar days will receive an egift card equal to 70% of the value the order. Orders not shipped within six weeks will receive an egift card equal to 100% the value of the order. Shipping charges are not included. Egift cards are issued when the order ships. Orders returned or cancelled after the issuance of the egift card will result in the egift card also being cancelled.
Want to increase your chances of getting those egfit cards? Just place your order during the Spring/Summer months when I'm busy with other things and am distracted from Decotogs, or place your order during peak shopping times, i.e. my Black Friday sale. I always issue a few gift cards during those times.
Shipping
Orders are shipped by a carrier of our choice, usually USPS, sometimes UPS. Free shipping, when offered, is valid for USA addresses only.
Most in-stock items ship within two business days. We are just as excited and impatient to get your order out to you as you are hopeful to receive it, and we work diligently to minimize your wait. Shipping times may be increased during peak seasons or sales. You are welcome to contact us at any time to check on the status of your order.
Most in-stock items cannot be back ordered. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we reserve the right to either cancel/refund the out of stock item, or contact you and assist you with selecting an alternate item. Be sure to add DogJammies@Decotogs.com to your approved email list as some email providers may filter our emails as spam.
When placing your order, please review your shipping address carefully. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated e-mail with tracking information. Please verify you have provided an accurate email address when placing your order and allow up to 24 hours for tracking information from the carrier to update.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to abuses, we have had to modify our return & exchange policy. We no longer accept returns for exchanges. All returns are for refund only.
Refunds are processed for purchase price only. Shipping charges are not refunded. Please open and inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Please contact us if there are any issues with your order.
Please note that all returns must be in new condition. Any items that have been laundered will be returned. Please feel free to try the garment on to check for proper fit. If you ordered multiple garments in the same size, check only one garment for fit.
