ORDERING:

ONLINE - Simply place an item in your shopping cart. You can change quantities from your shopping cart after you have added an item. If you keyed in the wrong size, you will need to delete the item from you cart and add it again. Paypal processes our online credit card transactions. If you would like to pay with a credit card, choos Paypal as your payment method. The shopping cart will then take you to a Paypal login screen for you to complete your transaction and make payment. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD. If you have difficulty completing the Paypal checkout and payment, you are welcome to call with your credit card info (weekends only please) or mail in your payment. Orders are automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 14 days.

MAIL - Simply place an item in your shopping cart. You can change quantities from your shopping cart after you have added an item. If you keyed in the wrong size, you will need to delete the item from you cart and add it again. When done, check out, choosing mail in payment as your payment method. We will receive your order via email and can begin working on your order while waiting for your payment to arrive. However, your order will be shipped only after payment is received, so don't delay mailing it. We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders. There is a $20.00 service fee on all returned checks. By writing a check, you agree to this service fee. Orders are automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 14 days.

EMAIL - We no longer accept email orders. Please place your order via website.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - All orders being shipped to a non U.S.A. address must choose "international" shipping. Orders will be automatically cancelled if insufficient postage is paid.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: All regular priced purchases are backed by our unconditional satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply email us for a return authorization, then return your items, new and unused, along with a copy of the invoice or receipt for a refund of the purchase price. If you have misplaced you receipt, please be sure to include order information, such as name, address, and order date when returning your purchase.Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please email us within 5 days for authorization if you are returning or exchanging items. No refunds or exchanges are given without preauthorization. No refunds or exchanges are given on items returned after 14 days.

All sales are final on clearance and sale items.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or refund your purchase price. Please note we will inspect all returns to verify the product delivered was damaged or defective.

Need to exchange for a different size? Please email us for authorization. If you are exchanging into a different price category, you will be charged the difference in price for higher priced items or refunded the difference for lower priced items. You will also be charged additional shipping costs.
